A passion for residential construction has stemmed from being raised in an “under-construction”environment since she can remember. Inspired by her father and grandfather, what she merely witnessed during her upbringing, has served as a foundation for what she now calls a career today. Her background in engineering and interior design has played a big role in the development of the company she runs, composed of her team who she personally works with on every project.

Being a contractor, designer and project manager has allowed Briana to see the build and finishes of beautiful homes. The realization that many communities will never get to witness highly efficient and functionally designed renovations, has allowed her passion to evolve into giving new life to neglected properties and educating on sustainability and functional design at the residential levels, mostly in underdeveloped communities.
